These terms apply to the public CursoVerde product website. Separate approved terms apply when creating an account or operating the CursoVerde application.

Product information

Website descriptions explain intended product capabilities. Availability depends on the connected processor, installed hardware, account authorization, regional data, and current service configuration.

No guaranteed outcomes

Forecasts, schedules, savings estimates, environmental conditions, and avoided-emissions estimates are informational and depend on source data and operating conditions. They do not guarantee financial, resilience, or environmental outcomes.

Safety boundaries

CursoVerde does not replace equipment instructions, electrical protection, emergency services, or processor-owned safety controls. Hardware safety limits and emergency automation remain authoritative.

Demo use

The demo uses sample data and cannot control a physical energy system. Demo values are illustrative and must not be treated as measurements from your home.
