What kind of home is CursoVerde designed for?
CursoVerde is designed around residential energy systems that may report solar, battery, grid, home demand, smart-panel, environmental, and generator capabilities. The connected processor and installed hardware determine what is actually available.
Does every system support every screen?
No. CursoVerde checks runtime contracts, hardware capabilities, account roles, and data freshness. Unsupported controls remain unavailable, and missing information is not replaced with demo values during authenticated operation.
Can automation guarantee savings?
No. Plans may use approved forecast, tariff, demand, reserve, and system inputs, but outcomes vary with weather, rates, usage, equipment, and operating constraints.
What is the difference between a plan and a device schedule?
The app may show a multi-day planning outlook, while the current device contract executes a repeating daily time-of-use schedule. CursoVerde presents those as separate concepts.
What happens when data is stale?
The interface stops making present-tense telemetry, health, and environmental-impact claims. It preserves the last reported context with a visible freshness state.
Can the demo control my energy system?
No. Demo mode uses deterministic local data. Changes remain on the device and are not sent to an energy system, Relay, or cloud service.
Who can manage household access?
Owners manage all household access. Admins can configure systems and members. Members operate approved controls, while viewers have read-only access.
Does CursoVerde replace hardware safety controls?
No. Processor safety limits and active emergency automation remain authoritative and may override household commands.
